The instructors will be attorneys,
Mark Tuft and Steve Marcus. Mark
Tuft is a partner with the firm
of Cooper, White & Cooper LLP. He
is principally engaged in trial
practice in federal and state courts
involving commercial and criminal
litigation. He is also one of the
authors of the 'California Practice
Guide: Professional Responsibilities'.
Steve Marcus practices family law
and business litigation in Southern
California. He is also a Judge Pro
Tem and a Law Instructor at UCLA.
